“4S” was established in 2008 as commercial arm of Al-Moushegah Group to provide comprehensive and integrated services in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, water, mining and industrial sectors. The Company started its aspirations to invade the promising and extensive market and review of the customer needs with a view to providing the most refined services and state of the art products and technologies.
4S stands for:

Support – of all contracting works, installation, maintenance and operation of oil, gas, petrochemical, power, transmission lines, pipelines, water and mining projects.

All such services are being provided through prominent representation of the international companies which produce the technologies, equipment and tools as well as companies operating in the fields of engineering and construction, supported by a workforce that boasts of the prerequisite experience and professionalism in project execution. The Company is also providing diversified and technically skilled manpower services to the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, water, mining and private industrial petrochemical companies. We are also engaged in subcontracting of technical and highly-skilled manpower on long term basis for defined projects.
The objective of the company is to carry out:
- Construction, installation, operations and maintenance of oil, gas, petrochemical, desalination, water treatment, power generation, transmission oil lines and water pipelines and mining projects.
- Supply of generators, electrical materials, electro-mechanical spare parts, HD and LD equipment, pipes, lighting systems, industrial equipment, pumps and valves, wireless and wire telecom systems.
